Shipping Policy

Our processing time is listed in the item description of each pin listing. If the item is ready to ship, it will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. 

 

Why has my package not been shipped yet? 

If your order has not been shipped yet, it is most likely because your order contains a "Pre-order" item and it has yet to arrive from our manufacturer.

If your order consists of pins in stock and Pre-order, we will ship your order all at once. If you would like to receive your ready to ship items sooner, please place a separate order for them.

 

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the purchase of an item before it has been produced by the manufacturer. Pre-order pins can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive in our hands.

 

When will I know when my package has been shipped?

The moment we generate your shipping label, you will receive an email with tracking info.

Enchanted Thoughts Club is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. 

We ask that you ensure your shipping information is correct during check out. Enchanted Thoughts Club does not take responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
