Order & Shipping Information

 

What is the processing time for ready to ship items?

Each product listing includes its estimated processing time.

For ready to ship items, orders are typically packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking information by email.

If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always happy to help! While we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the carrier's possession, we'll do our best to assist however we can.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are happy to ship internationally.

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.


Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

The most common reason for a shipping delay is that your order contains a pre-order item that has not yet arrived from our manufacturer.

To help keep shipping costs low, orders that contain both pre-order and ready to ship items are shipped together once all items are available.

If you'd prefer to receive your ready to ship items sooner, please place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.


What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to secure a pin before it arrives at Enchanted Thoughts Club.

Pre-order items are either still being manufactured or are on their way to us from our manufacturer. Most pre-order pins take approximately 4–6 weeks to arrive before orders can begin shipping.

Estimated timelines can be found in each product listing and may vary depending on production and transit times.

Are your pins limited edition?

Many of our designs are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once they sell out. If there's a pin you've had your eye on, we recommend picking it up before it disappears back into the vault. Availability can change quickly, and some designs may not return once sold out.

 

When will I know my order has shipped?

The moment your shipping label is created, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label has been generated. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, you'll be able to follow its journey right to your doorstep.


Can I cancel my order?

At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We kindly ask that you double check your order before checking out to make sure everything is correct.
